USA Coaters is proud to introduce 3 UV Coaters designed for the small, medium and large printers, utilizing offset or digital printing processes.
Order DIRECT from the importer! 16 inch and 28 inch wide models available, hand fed or fully automatic.
All 3 models use an oversized roller coating system. an Infrared, pre-heat zone, then a UV curing zone, all in a very short, compact area. The Infrared zone is designed to preheat some of the digital prints from the newer Konica, Canon and Xerox toners, before entering the UV curing area. The Infrared zone has a separate on/off switch to save power when not needed.
Since we are printers and the direct importer of the machines, when you choose USA Coaters, you will have the most cost effective solution for your UV coating needs.
All models are have a very compact footprint, so they can be installed anywhere in your shop, without taking up precious floor space. Our Model 16M is the most compact, tabletop, UV coater you will find. The Model 28M, our original model, is the most compact, full-production UV Coater on the market.
