About Us

USA Coaters was started by a printer, ZAP Printing & Graphics in Corona, CA, that needed a cost effective UV coating solution. We are a medium sized printer that use both offset and digital printing. When we went out looking, there was no compact UV coating solution out there. After searching overseas, we found a very well built but simple unit that incorporated all the key components we were looking for: small floor space, simple to operate, the ability to have both IR and UV drying/curing in one unit, and most important, it was cost effective.

Once we installed our system, we had other printers interested, so we were fortunate enough to have installations across the country. Now there are many copycats available, but if you are looking for a unit that is simple and has been in use since 2008 by printers, our coaters will fit your need.

We are convenient to Ontario, California airport and the greater Los Angeles area, and invite you to come out and see one of the units in operation. We may also have a unit close to you, send us an email and we will try and find one.
